Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM software, and data analysis tools e.g. G4, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media posts) that resonates with our target audience
- Oversee and optimize performance across various digital channels, including search engines, all social media platforms, and emails
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas
- Continuously improve the company's website to enhance user experience, drive conversions, and improve search engine rankings
- Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns to attract qualified prospects and work closely with the sales teams to get the targets
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and build targeted contact lists
- Develop and execute effective lead nurturing programs to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Create and send personalized email campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions
- Leverage LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and generate leads
- Implement efficient systems and processes to manage marketing activities and ensure seamless collaboration within the team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in marketing databases and analytics tools
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing activities
