Remote Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Bitstamp's Product team as a Senior Product Manager to build a prime brokerage targeted at our institutional customer base. Develop and enhance core products aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial products in either traditional or crypto markets
• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least three (3) years in product management or business analysis with a broker-dealer or trading firm
• Hands-on knowledge of the tools, processes, and product features required to support core prime brokerage products, such as OTC services, financing, and settlement
• Experience setting a product vision and developing a product strategy
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholder departments at all levels, presenting trade-offs and framing decisions backed by strong research and analytics
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience working with remote development teams
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate with teams globally and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Define a product vision and strategy for building a prime brokerage offering
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to define, design, and release products on time and within budget
• Define business requirements to develop a prime brokerage product offering
• Identify relevant KPIs and metrics to track product effectiveness
• Create the product roadmap and manage the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and implementation
• Align product investments with commercial business objectives through a deep understanding of deliverables and organizational needs
• Act as the point of contact and handle escalations for all product, operational, and engineering issues
• Manage trade-off discussions with Engineering and internal teams
