Remote Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of product management experience with expertise in AI-driven solutions, data analytics, or enterprise software
• Proven experience leading LLM integration and refinement, AI agent development, and chat interface design for client-facing products
• Strong understanding of big data processing, data science techniques, and machine learning models to drive business value
• Expertise in Looker or other business intelligence platforms, with a focus on creating client-facing dashboards and insights
• Exceptional communication skills with experience conducting user research and collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with client needs
• Agile methodology proficiency and a track record of launching successful, scalable enterprise products

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the AI Insights Platform
• Leverage AI to deliver advanced insights and predictive analytics, transforming large data sets into actionable client recommendations
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, and UX teams to design and refine AI agents and chat interfaces that deliver personalized, intuitive experiences for enterprise clients
• Conduct user interviews, testing, and feedback sessions to validate product decisions and ensure that our platform meets client needs and expectations
• Drive product innovation by identifying opportunities for deeper data integration, LLM model refinement, and enhanced client visibility into their recruitment marketing performance
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvements
• Work with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to position and promote the platform, driving user adoption and business growth
• Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine product strategy and enhance the value delivered to clients
