Remote Senior Product Manager, Commercial Banking & Payments

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in a product management
• Prior experience with Commercial/Treasury Management banking applications
• Ability to craft and share a compelling product vision and strategy with clients, prospects, partners and the Fintech industry
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Be a true leader with responsibility for designing, developing, and launching software alongside talented teams of engineers, project managers and professional services teams
• Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients and prospects
• Own the product life cycle from conception to delivery; including requirements gathering, documentation creation, timelines specification, user experience analysis, quality assurance, product performance and product usage
• Work with a cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, data scientists, trainers and financial institutions to build and bring innovative products to market
• Work with user, platform and third party data to develop new and exciting features that improve the financial lives of consumers
• Engage with the Lumin Digital community and help to make Lumin Digital a better organization through honest, candid and respectful feedback
• Monitor and measure launched products to continuously improve usability and incorporate observations into the product development process
• Connect with clients, prospects, vendors and others in the Fintech industry at conferences, trade shows and onsite events

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience as a senior product leader building features related to business payments including: Automated Clearing House (ACH), Domestic and International Wire Transfers, Bill Pay and Positive Pay
• Familiarity with payment processing procedures and payment lifecycle management from origination to file creation and managing returns
• A background working with clients and development teams to solution and deliver new products to market
• 3rd Party software integrations, API, SSO and/or custom
• Data driven product development
