- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research on MeridianLink products tailored to the banking sector
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product demos, compelling business cases, and competitive battle cards
- Craft and refine value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning statements that clearly articulate the unique benefits of ML products for community banks
- Launch and manage a strategic advisory board composed of select MeridianLink banking customer executives
- Lead the GTM strategy for new product launches within the banking segment, coordinating cross-functional teams (product, sales, demand generation)
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving product adoption and increasing market share within the banking sector
- Create and maintain a library of high-impact marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and customer testimonials
- Engage directly with key banking customers through presentations, user groups, and advisory boards to gather feedback, build relationships, and promote advocacy
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including product adoption rates, market share growth, and campaign ROI
