As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, driving efforts to source and secure top talent, and improving the overall hiring experience.

Requirements

  • Business level proficiency in English AND Japanese
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within fintech or technology sectors
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, with a proactive and creative approach to finding talent
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to optimize the hiring process and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and onboarding
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit
  • Lead recruitment projects that contribute to improving the company's hiring processes and candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to provide data-driven insights and inform recruitment strategy
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws
  • Provide mentorship and guidance on best practices to junior team members, contributing to a strong recruitment culture
