Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on hiring software engineers and AI engineers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements
- Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and interview feedback
- Facilitate post-interview discussions and assist in the final selection of candidates
- Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
