Keller Executive Search is an international recruitment agency specializing in high-level placements across the US and Europe. We’re seeking an experienced A-Player Recruiter ready to expand their horizons with international work, significantly increase exposure to foreign markets, and grow their commission earnings.
Key Points:
- All our positions offer salaries above $100K USD
- Clients grant us 30-day exclusivity on job openings
- This is a salaried position with a competitive base salary plus commission
- International experience is not required
- Drive and energy are key factors for success.
Note: We operate on South African time, with evening calls often extending until 9 or 10 PM. Daytime hours are flexibly arranged to accommodate this schedule.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates.
Collaborate with our sourcing team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
Proven experience in recruitment with a deep understanding of recruitment company operations
Track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent
Independent and proactive, with demonstrated energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness
Operational management experience and strategic problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor capable of impressing international clients and partners
Enthusiasm for engaging with new companies and individuals globally
Adept at selling solutions and services
Qualifications
