Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing sales engineering role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions to executives and technical stakeholders within large enterprises
  • Direct experience with Customer Data Platforms
  • Experience working with Marketing Analytics and Marketing Operations teams
  • Deep knowledge of the cloud ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience managing data warehouses to support marketing efforts and/or direct experience in data or marketing operations
  • Experience working enterprise deals with new prospects end-to-end alongside sales
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and data warehouse architecture
  • Comfortable with frequent travel, with convenient access to a major hub airport
  • Familiarity with pricing models, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to manage the sales cycle, from uncovering and qualifying opportunities to building strategies that advance prospects through the pipeline
  • Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, focusing on data models in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery and Snowflake and tailoring product recommendations accordingly
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert guidance on product features, benefits, and how GrowthLoop uniquely solves the client’s business challenges
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating GrowthLoop’s value proposition while aligning it with the client's unique needs, challenges, and pain points
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions and provide valuable insights to the product development team
  • Travel to customers and events to support sales activities and strengthen client relationships
  • Be a proactive team member by documenting bugs, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and driving initiatives forward to improve team and company performance
