Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Account Director to customize product recommendations and sales strategies for prospects
- Partner closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales process; collaborate with Sales Executives to identify and qualify opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Serve as the technical expert and primary technical point of contact for prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly
- Develop a thorough understanding of GrowthLoop’s product offerings, features, and benefits
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate how GrowthLoop’s value proposition addresses the unique business challenges of the prospect or client
- Lead discovery on client's data models in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
- Provide feedback to the product development team
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support sales activities
- Be an owner - document bugs when you see them, fix what you can, identify initiatives that get stuck and move them forward - recognize and do the right things every day to make us better as a team and company
