Summary:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a critical role in the growth, development, and future success of our Engineering team. You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver top-tier candidates and exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will have the opportunity to lead impactful projects that span across Talent Acquisition with company-wide recognition and adoption. Key Focuses:

  • Own candidate management from discovery through acquisition and onboarding for top tier Engineering talent
  • Directly support Hiring Manager’s goals through strategic talent acquisition, acting as their business partner and advisor
  • Generate robust pipelines of tech talent through novel sourcing strategies for our engineering teams
  • Utilize data to help inform hiring decisions while minimizing bias

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing at a tech company or at a technology-focused search firm
  • Demonstrated success and delivery of highly sought after, top tier tech talent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Based in the Los Angeles or Phoenix metropolitan area
  • 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing at a tech company or at a technology-focused search firm
  • Extensive background in sourcing passive candidates, developing robust sourcing strategies, and managing large candidate sets
  • Experience building partnerships and supporting a complex set of stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence using data

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $130,000. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
