As a Technical Recruiter, you will source and attract top technical talent across various channels. You will interview candidates, assess their skills, and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, specifically within Engineering, Product, and Design. Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for Engineering, Product and Design
  • Strong sourcing, screening and offer negotiation skills
  • Able to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and someone who is seen as a trusted advisor
  • Has contributed or lead strategic talent acquisition projects that have led to high impact results for the organization
  • Someone who is comfortable in a metrics driven environment
  • Can work in a fast paced environment and handle ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Interview and assess candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Tell a compelling brand story to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, both short and long term and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilize internal ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and keep pipeline progress up to date
  • Conduct weekly hiring syncs providing data driven updates and insights to key stakeholders
  • Pull hiring metrics for requisitions you are supporting and develop creative solutions to obtain efficiency in the hiring process
