Summary

Join Moonvalley, a leading generative AI company, as their second Talent Acquisition Partner. You will focus on recruiting for go-to-market positions and other roles, collaborating with hiring managers to refine strategies and enhance the employer brand. This role is based in San Francisco or Toronto, offering flexibility with largely asynchronous work and approximately one in-person day per week. You will collaborate with a global team, requiring some availability across time zones. Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting Go to market positions
• Experience working in high growth SaaS or DeepTech companies
• Experience enhancing recruitment processes for efficiency and scale
• Global recruitment experience particularly in North America and Europe
• Familiarity with ATSs (we use Ashby) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Global end-to-end recruitment for technical talent, focusing on Go to market positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and streamline hiring processes
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Manage relationships with third party recruiters
• Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent globally
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies
• Promote diversity and inclusion in candidate sourcing
