You will develop market-mapping strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers. Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a technical sourcer at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
  • Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for Machine Learning, Computer Vision or 3D Engineering roles
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline; must be able to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
  • Ability to learn our talent standards and apply them to sourcing efforts
  • Ability to move through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Sr. Technical Recruiter to source top-tier tech candidates across: Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and 3D Engineering
  • Develop market-mapping to help understand the global market as we continue to expand hiring globally
  • Take full responsibility for the volume of qualified candidates at the β€˜top-of-funnel’ in each of the searches and pipelines that you support
  • Learn the Dandy talent bar and how to identify competitive candidate profiles
  • Bring a data-centric approach to sourcing and help build scalable processes to work smarter, not just harder
  • Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidate profile calibration and understand their team's needs
  • Work together with the coordination team to get candidates into their respective interview process
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for both high-volume and niche roles
  • Provide a strategic approach to sourcing diverse talent
