Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of successful operations experience, ideally with cross-collaborative teams
  • Advanced knowledge of employer services offerings, having focused specifically on tax professional services
  • Experience with additional employer services such as payroll, human resources, UCM, VOC, etc
  • Direct experience with workforce management and/or tax credit offerings is a plus
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with a focus on scaling operations and delivering exceptional client outcomes
  • 10+ years experience as a people manager; preferably with experience in leading large teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to quickly grasp new technologies and learn about new business
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Leading a high-performing Operations team across Client Success, Client Implementation, Client Delivery, and Tax Services
  • Developing and executing operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and client growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and Technology, to deliver integrated solutions that our clients need
  • Driving a high-performance culture, ensuring team alignment with business goals
  • Leading initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive innovation within the Employer Services business
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and insights to make informed decisions to drive performance and scale
