Remote SEO Team Lead

Join our team as an SEO Team Lead and lead our SEO team to drive organic growth and improve search engine performance. With your advanced knowledge of SEO, you will help your team develop and create an impact on the organization’s growth plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, including at least 1 year leading an SEO Team
• Knowledge of advanced SEO strategies, including link-building strategies and tools
• Experience working with SEO tools (i.e. Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, GA4, etc)
• Strong data analysis and SEO reporting experience
• Extensive experience with semantic core clustering
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Fluency in English (C1 Level preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SEO specialists and ensure they contribute to the team’s success
• Leverage advanced SEO/UX strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine performance
• Oversee the evolution of the semantic core and clusterization for improved keyword coverage and with strong search intent alignment
• Streamline SEO processes to increase the velocity of project completion
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with both the development team and content team
• Report regularly on SEO performance to upper management
• Stay up to date on current industry practices, news, and algorithm updates
