• Strong expertise in Service Cloud , including Cases, Email Handlers, Omni-Channel, Tasks, Events, and Accounts
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components , and both inbound and outbound integrations

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications, features, and functionality
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
