Remote Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise, you will work closely with the Go-to-Market team to improve sales productivity and deal flow by providing technical expertise and helping them achieve their sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
• 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment
• 2+ years experience working directly with enterprise customers as a Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work closely as a trusted partner to our Enterprise teams within Go-to-Market to help improve sales productivity and deal flow
• Provide technical expertise and be responsible for helping them to achieve their sales targets
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Support resources
• Interact with key customer technical decision-makers to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately and specifically address our Enterprise customer’s needs and use cases
