Remote Strategic Communications Manager

We're looking for a Strategic Communications Manager to lead cross-functional communications initiatives, manage events, and handle company messaging and press releases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of strategic or corporate communications experience
• Background in healthcare and existing relationships with healthcare media
• Storytelling skills and an ability to craft compelling and relevant narratives tailored for a healthcare audience
• Experience managing direct reports and scaling a team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communications campaigns using paid, earned, shared and owned media to shape brand perception across multiple audiences (consumers, healthcare payors, employers, brokers/consultants, mental health advocates)
• Define, execute and measure impact of communications tactics
• Maintain relationships with key media targets; insert the brand into relevant stories and social media conversations
• Manage conferences, industry awards, bespoke events and speaking engagements
• Develop messaging that generates positive perceptions toward Grow
• Draft, write, edit communications intended for external audiences including press releases, Q&As, reactive press statements, talking points, speeches and backgrounders
• Ensure all external communications are high quality, accurate and consistent
