Remote Subject Matter Expert - Balancing Markets

Summary

Join us as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Sympower's Product and Engineer in accelerating the global transition towards 'net zero' with smarter and cleaner renewable energy systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the electricity sector
• Experience in / managing relations with country TSO, DSOs, BRPs in relation with product and technical requirements on balancing markets
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in Hungarian
• Fluent verbal communication and writing skills in English
• Interest in demand response, energy systems, and the energy transition

Responsibilities

• Identify and gather technical, product requirements and/or regulatory changes coming from the TSO (MAVIR) or any other technical documentation
• Being part of the communication with the TSO, DSOs, BRP with our internal teams, both technical and commercial
• Collaborate with our team of software developers, helping them to clarify the technical requirements and understand the loopholes
• Clarify and discuss uncertain product or technical requirements coming from DSOs, BRPs and TSO (Hungarian to English)
• Provide technical support to the country business developers in Hungary
