Requirements

  • Hold a B1 English language proficiency and above
  • Have comfortable working conditions for remote work (stable internet connection, absence of external noise in the room, and presence of a working computer)
  • Be client-oriented, open-minded, willing to help, and resolve clients' problems
  • Have high stress resistance

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls to the customer support service through Freshdesk
  • Process requests through chats and emails
  • Participate in developing scripts and proposing improvements to working processes
  • Maintain a refund rate at an acceptable level
  • Pass on bug reports after their independent detection or upon receiving a request from clients
