Requirements

  • Candidates with consulting agency or staffing firm experience are preferred
  • You bring 3-5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance. Experience in systems like TAPFIN, Beeline, and Procurement is preferred
  • You excel at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and creating scalable solutions that enhance our recruiting and onboarding processes
  • You have a deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and how they apply to talent acquisition
  • You’re well-versed in local, state, and federal workplace laws, ensuring compliance and best practices in all recruitment activities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Actively seek out top talent through various platforms, employing innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline
  • Work closely with hiring managers, Client Experience team, and the Talent team to align recruitment efforts with business needs, driving timely and effective hiring processes
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates in alignment with our core values, guiding them through each stage of the interview and offer process. Provide clear, concise guidance on navigating systems and processes to improve candidate experience
  • Network with external organizations and groups to expand our talent pool, furthering connections that enhance our community and promote L&T values. Cultivate strong relationships with partners, leading to a higher rate of candidate placements
  • Contribute to various HR and recruitment-related projects that enhance our processes and support our growth. Execute against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve processes to reduce candidate submission times, increase placement success rates, and foster trust among stakeholders

This is a full-time salaried, hybrid position. Candidates must live in the state of Washington with the ability to attend in-person meetings near Seattle quarterly.

Key Responsibilities  and Deliverables
