Remote Talent Development Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience (i.e. learning & development, talent development, talent management)
• Skillful and concise communication, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms with fluent English
• Exposure to multicultural environments with good awareness of cultural differences; a second language is a plus, preferably Chinese
• Proactive & organised way of working, willing to go extra miles for success
• Sound logic for generating solutions from problem analysis; creativity is preferred
• Strong curiosity with an open mind and eagerness to learn, able to collaborate with cross-cultural teams

Responsibilities

• Own talent development programs end-to-end, designing, developing, delivering & evaluating solutions
• Assess and analyse team/ employee learning needs and help create tailored solutions as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and managers
• Contribute to the performance review cycles, talent review and succession planning initiatives
• Support change management activities, including impact analyses, stakeholder engagement and communications
• Maintain accurate and organised records of learning activities and draw insights from data
• Support other TD/OD projects and initiatives as needed
