Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment
• Strong proficiency with project management tools like Jira
• Excellent organizational abilities, with a strong emphasis on team collaboration and problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work on complex issues where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-pronged cross-functional technical projects on behalf of marketing
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, set priorities, and maintain timelines
• Coordinate efforts between different teams including engineering, marketing, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, plans, and reports to monitor project performance and facilitate decision making
• Identify potential project blockers or risks and proactively take necessary actions to address them
• Foster a culture of accountability by clearly defining project deliverables and ensuring timely completion with quality standards
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and coordinate actions
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to meet project deadlines and other constraints
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies
