Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in technical or IT-related fields, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Minimum of 2 years in a program or project leadership role · Strong experience and domain expertise in health care and value-based care, and the roles of
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences · Demonstrated ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel
  • Experience with user research tools and methods, including leading focus groups, conducting usability sessions, and doing user discovery
  • Experience with gathering business requirements, creating a product backlog, and successfully delivering products on schedule that meet defined requirements
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of IT systems and software development life cycles
  • Proficient in project management principles and tools, with the ability to handle multiple competing program needs and deliverables simultaneously and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead through influence, and manage and inspire project teams and customers
  • Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking skills, and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical and timely solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical and business information to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, and execute projects ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Manage project scopes and timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders and technical teams
  • Maintain in project/product roadmap
  • Provide support to customers with use of licensed and internally-developed data and analytics capabilities
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics and their customers to assess needs and align roadmap initiatives with strategic business goals
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline key objectives, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Serve as a primary communication link between Engineering and Analytics teams and their leaders
  • Regularly report on project status, milestones, and adjustments, ensuring transparency and effective management of stakeholder expectations
  • Identify and address potential project issues and bottlenecks through analysis and sound judgement to positively impact program direction and outcomes
  • Analyze and coordinate the procurement, allocation, and utilization of resources for execution
  • Manage the project budget and ensure financial compliance and efficiency
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder constraints for the Engineering and Analytics teams, and assist in establishing timelines and priorities accordingly

Your Opportunity:
