Technical Sourcer

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a technical sourcer, with at least one year of in-house experience, preferably in a growing environment
• Have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche technical skill sets
• Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and have the ability to self-manage and juggle multiple projects at a time
• Have experience using Mac and Google products and have used an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing strategies for high priority technical roles
• Track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with hiring teams and regularly communicate updates to internal recruiting partners
• Provide insights on the competitive landscape and talent pools and make recommendations for opportunities to enhance Clover’s brand recognition
• Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers
• Serve as the first point of contact with candidates, effectively pitching Clover’s mission and teams
• Collaborate with a global team and source talent from different geographies, expanding our reach to meet the demands of a rapidly growing organization
• Contribute to Clover’s commitment to diversity by ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts include candidates of all backgrounds, while researching and incorporating new sources to engage with underrepresented groups
