As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top candidates, particularly in technical roles. You will partner with recruiters, understand role requirements, and execute a metrics-driven sourcing strategy. This high-ownership role demands proactivity, attention to detail, and a passion for building world-class teams. You will utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, Lever, and GitHub, to source passive candidates and craft personalized outreach messages. Maintaining organized pipelines and delivering a strong top-of-funnel pipeline are key responsibilities. Continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and tools is also expected.
Requirements
- 2+ years sourcing top talent, with a focus on technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Successfully sourced talent for high-impact roles, with a focus on technical positions
- Built and maintained strong candidate pipelines, staying organized and responsive throughout the sourcing process
- Successfully crafted compelling outreach that excites candidates to learn more
- Used tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever effectively, and explored alternative sourcing channels to uncover great talent
- Worked closely with stakeholders (recruiters + hiring teams) to align on search criteria and calibration of candidate profiles
- Delivered results in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and responsiveness is key
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Execute a metrics, process driven sourcing strategy
- Source and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, Lever, GitHub, and other creative platforms (ie. social media)
- Craft personalized outreach messages for high response and build interest
- Maintain organized and multiple pipelines, regularly updating progress in Lever
- Deliver a strong top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure high-quality candidates are passed off to recruiters
- Stay current on sourcing strategies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve effectiveness
