Join our team as a Technicians Support to perform maintenance services, provide help desk support, conduct annual audits, and ensure system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform necessary maintenance service and repairs
- Provide 24/7 telephone help desk and remote system access
- Provide Annual audit of the infant/child security system and installation of current version of server and applicable application software at the time of audit
- Provide semi-annual system operation/functionality testing and installation of current version of server and applicable application software at the time of system test
