Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed customers’ expectations by ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed-upon service levels
  • Lead internal teams and task forces to achieve project goals
  • Regularly schedule status meetings with internal and external vendors, stakeholders, and customers
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly to prevent project delays or scope impacts
  • Ensure all necessary equipment, construction, permits, vendors, and customer readiness are in place for successful service implementation
  • Develop detailed status reports for management, including internal metrics and results
  • Oversee operational management and reporting for a portfolio of services, ensuring compliance with service level commitments
  • Handle major service incidents, acting as a senior escalation point
