Requirements
- Proficiency in project management principles, software development life cycle, data center management, and accounts receivable/accounts payable
- 3 years of experience interfacing with customers/clients and circuit delivery process
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed customersβ expectations by ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed-upon service levels
- Lead internal teams and task forces to achieve project goals
- Regularly schedule status meetings with internal and external vendors, stakeholders, and customers
- Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly to prevent project delays or scope impacts
- Ensure all necessary equipment, construction, permits, vendors, and customer readiness are in place for successful service implementation
- Develop detailed status reports for management, including internal metrics and results
- Oversee operational management and reporting for a portfolio of services, ensuring compliance with service level commitments
- Handle major service incidents, acting as a senior escalation point
