Requirements

• Current college undergraduate student with at least one year of college experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong writer, and passionate about gun violence prevention

Responsibilities

• Monitor Texas House and Senate committee hearings
• Research state policies and legislation
• Help track and monitor relevant legislation in the Texas Legislature
• Research various GVP issues as needed
• Assist in committee hearing preparation
• Participate in public facing events

Benefits

• $18.50 per hour paid internship
