Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other executives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve performance objectives
  • Familiarity with customer experience tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and customer feedback tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive customer retention
  • Oversee customer service, onboarding, training and account management teams to achieve performance objectives and KPIs
  • Drive partner engagement that results in revenue growth, market expansion, and improved profitability
  • Oversee the development and implementation of partner facing processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product and service development
  • Develop and manage departmental budget and resource allocation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports to drive partner engagement and satisfaction
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies and drive innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

We’re seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP, Partner Success who serves as the leader of our customer support, account management, and onboarding functions, providing a seamless and exceptional customer experience to users of Campspot software. The VP, Partner Success will serve as a leader of the Campspot business, and will work cross-functionally to align customer facing initiatives with the company’s overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive customer retention.

While Campspot is a remote-first company, priority will be given to candidates located near our Grand Rapids, MI headquarters or our employee hubs in Denver, CO and Chicago, IL. Relocation assistance may be available to candidates interested in moving to a hub location.
