• Extensive experience in the networking space, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and how to cater to them effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage a suite of products and navigate the complexities of enterprise product management
• Proven track record of building an accountable partnership and close, effective ways of collaboration with distributed Engineering teams: You ensure an overlap with their time zone and rally teams around shared product vision and meaningful outcomes for customers
• Exceptional strategic mindset with the ability to execute rapidly, balancing high-level vision with practical implementation
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate those effectively
• Humble, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile for both the company and our customers

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the product portfolio, driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Act as lighthouse leader for our product and advocate for driving meaningful customer outcomes
• Work effectively with international Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs, ensuring product-market fit and driving product adoption
• Inspire and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
• Stay ahead of technological advancements and industry trends, integrating new insights into product development and strategy
• Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and validate assumptions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
• Balance strategic vision with execution excellence, navigating complexities and ambiguity to deliver outstanding product outcomes
