Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business
  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets based on organization objectives
  • Ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets
  • Have 10 - 20 years of experience selling Enterprise Software, of which at least 4+ years involved a complex solution sales process
  • Experience building sales processes and teams from scratch
  • Experience working on $100k+ annual deals with 3+ months sales cycles
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C Level
  • At least 4+ years of experience managing a team of AEs
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and growth for the organization by increasing sales through all possible channels
  • Build efficient and high-performing sales processes and teams
  • Build and manage a team of AEs, keep them motivated, and help them achieve and surpass their quotas
  • Be a player and coach
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and demonstrate value in every interaction
  • Build meaningful, consultative, and value-added relationships
  • Manage multiple qualified opportunities simultaneously through the sales process and closure
  • Closing sales, achieve and surpass quarterly and annual quotas
  • Lead effective online and in-person presentations and meetings
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Enterprise Software in the Customer Experience and Fintech domain is a plus
  • Experience selling to the BFSI domain is a plus
  • Experience creating compensation plans for the sales function
  • Preferably worked in a startup of <200 employees
