Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday dashboards and analytics to support HR initiatives
  • Create custom reports and data visualizations to provide insights for decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable data solutions
  • Assist in navigating and troubleshooting general HRIS functionalities within Workday
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on utilizing Workday for reporting and analytics
  • Participate in HR projects, offering data-driven insights to support strategic goals
