Summary

Join Ivanti as a Renewal Account Manager and ensure on-time, in-quarter renewals. Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and customers to track and prepare quotes, follow up on deals, and conduct customer meetings. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the software sales cycle, fluent in German, and experienced in EMEA geographies and cultures. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment with a leading software and IT company. You will be responsible for managing accurate renewal lists, preparing quotes, following up on deals, holding customer meetings, tracking information in Salesforce, processing purchase orders, working with finance and accounting, and providing forecasts. Success in this role requires fluency in German and English, 3+ years of sales/renewals experience, and strong time management and communication skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time, in quarter renewal number
  • Track and manage accurate renewal list by quarter
  • Prepare and send quotes to partners/customers
  • Follow up on deals with partners
  • Hold customer meetings for top renewals
  • Track all quotes, meetings, and emails in Salesforce.com
  • Process Purchase Orders before renewal date expires
  • Work closely with Ivanti Finance and Accounting
  • Provide forecasts to Manager
  • Complete onboarding process and training
  • Familiarize oneself with Ivanti's product portfolio and sales processes
  • Build relationships with the sales teams, partners, and customers
  • Gain an understanding of the software sales cycle and procurement processes
  • Track and maintain an accurate renewal list for the upcoming quarter
  • Prepare and send quotes to partners/customers at least 90 days in advance
  • Continuously follow up with partners on deals and meetings
  • Hold individual or joint customer meetings for top renewals each quarter
  • Effectively use Salesforce.com to track quotes, meetings, and emails
  • Ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders before renewal date expires
  • Collaborate with Ivanti Finance and Accounting for countries within assigned territory
  • Provide monthly to weekly forecasts to the Manager
  • Consistently achieve on-time, in-quarter renewal numbers
  • Show a deep understanding of Ivanti's software offerings and effectively communicate value to partners/customers
  • Establish oneself as a trusted advisor to partners/customers, providing expert guidance on renewals
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize renewal revenue
  • Maintain strong collaboration with sales teams, partners, and customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Regularly update and share market intelligence and insights with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in software or IT industry preferred
