Summary

Join Clari's sales team as a Mid Market Renewals Manager and play a pivotal role in driving consistent revenue and ensuring customer success. This fully remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the US, focuses on managing high-volume customer accounts, prioritizing renewals, and driving incremental growth. You will be responsible for retaining customers, securing renewals, and representing Clari's product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of client-facing experience in the SaaS industry and strong communication and relationship management skills. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in client-facing roles within the SaaS industry
  • Experience working in a high growth environment
  • Strong interest in developing expertise in contract negotiation
  • Skilled in executive-level communication and relationship management
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models, including SaaS, PaaS, and freemium model

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a high volume of customer accounts, relationships, and transactions across the mid market territory
  • Prioritize your book of business to promote a high-impact velocity playbook, address at-risk renewals, and drive customer engagements at scale
  • Responsible for retaining customers and driving incremental growth by securing renewals in advance across your book of business
  • Represents the Clari product portfolio and competitive positioning that drives value for the customer
  • Creates appropriate plans for key accounts to drive engagement and profitable growth for the territory
  • Engage with customers to understand budget, key stakeholder involvement, and approval processes timelines
  • Understands the customerโ€™s business, industry, value-drivers, and organization to effectively provide value ahead of renewal
  • Effectively partner with internal Clari teams such as Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Legal, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance to navigate customer requests to effectively close transactions
  • Ownership of the entire renewal contract process, including effectively managing internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with revenue intelligence and practices is a plus
