Join Contentsquare as a Renewals Operations Specialist and oversee the contract renewal process within a designated territory. Requirements

  • Solid experience in renewals management, customer success, or account management within a SaaS B2B environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of data-driven decision-making
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and renewals management tools
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and recurring revenue operations
  • Advanced Fluency in English and French

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end contract renewal process, ensuring all contracts are reviewed, negotiated, and executed in a timely manner. This includes tracking contract expirations and proactively engaging with customers well in advance of renewal dates
  • Identify potential risks to renewal and escalate to leadership to ensure a high renewal rate and minimal churn
  • Identify opportunities to expand account value by positioning additional products or services during the renewal process
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to streamline the renewal process, ensure compliance with company policies and strategies, address customer inquiries, and drive successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records in dedicated tools and provide regular updates on renewal status, forecasts, and key metrics
  • Continuously evaluate and improve renewal processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains. Develop and implement best practices for renewals operations to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are updated during the renewal process and address any concerns that may impact renewal
