Summary
Join FMG as our first Revenue Operations Specialist and build scalable processes from the ground up. You will optimize technology, automate processes, and enhance reporting for our Customer Experience team, driving meaningful change and directly impacting revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance teams to streamline operations and ensure accurate reporting. You will be responsible for customer support, accounts receivable management, process improvement, data integration and analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, HubSpot CRM experience, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role at a high-growth company or startup
- Powerful analytical skills and you love creating structure, automation, and efficiency. Strong excel/google sheet experience required
- Experience managing and optimizing HubSpot (CRM) is required
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and communicating with various stakeholders
- Able to work around any limitations in personal knowledge, experience, technology or available information to ensure youβre accomplishing the task at hand
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially as it relates to complex analyses that need to be translated to a broader audience
Responsibilities
- Support CX team with onboarding, internal QBRs, and call reviews to improve retention and engagement
- Support key operating cadences (e.g., OKRs) to align CX strategy and execution with broader business goals
- Own contract processes and contract data entry for both Sales and CX
- Track renewals and support CX to ensure customer retention
- Collaborate with CX and Accounting to ensure on-time payments and accurate revenue tracking
- Identify and implement high-impact workflow improvements that automate tasks
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for the CX team
- Own the quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer data in HubSpot to enable segmentation and targeted outreach
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular performance reports
- Ensure contract and financial data is synced across reporting platforms for consistency and accuracy
- Work closely with Sales and CX to ensure alignment on processes, metrics, and goals
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and resolve operational challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with other tools such as Looker Studio and Metabase is a plus
