Summary

You will play a crucial role in customer retention and business growth by managing and overseeing automated renewal processes, monitoring upcoming renewals, and ensuring timely and accurate execution. You will collaborate with sales and senior renewal specialists to address objections, adjust proposals, and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, you will categorize churn reasons, share customer feedback, handle administrative tasks, participate in process improvements, and keep CRM tools updated with accurate renewal data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all low-touch, automated renewal processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and maintain an accurate renewal pipeline
  • Establish and communicate renewal quotes to customers through SFDC automation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Senior Renewal Specialists to address objections and adjust proposals when needed
  • Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales
  • Categorize effectively churn reasons, to ensure reporting accuracy. Share customer feedback and insights
  • Handle administrative tasks related to renewals, ensuring smooth processing across internal teams
  • Actively participate in process improvements, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices
  • Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools up-to-date with accurate renewal data
