Requirements
- 2+ years of full cycle closing sales experience, ideally working with mid-sized businesses in a high transaction environment
- A track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- Comfort with a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
- Empathy for customers and team members
- Highly organized
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Own 150+ renewal engagements per quarter from end-to-end
- Exceed sales targets
- Work cross-functionally, especially with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, to strategically solve problems, upsell, and ensure a successful, smooth renewal
- Proactively identify and contribute to material improvements in how the team functions
- Contribute to an exceptional team environment that motivates the team to perform at its best
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsaraβs cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
