Summary

Join Precisely, a leader in data integrity, as a Renewals Manager! You will assist with the renewals process for Precisely customers, collaborating with various internal teams. This role requires strong time management skills and a disciplined approach to daily tasks. You will suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the Renewals practice. Experience with CRM (Salesforce and CPQ), MS Office Suite, and a minimum of two years in a Renewals or Account Management role is essential. Success in this position will be measured by revenue and retention goals.

Requirements

  • Experience working with a CRM - Salesforce and CPQ
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook
  • Salesforce expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in a Renewals, Account Management role, or similar
  • Experience with the quoting process
  • Performance-based – Revenue- PI/Renewal goals, Retention Rates
  • Experience delivering customer experiences through understanding, setting expectations, and exhibiting genuine empathy
  • Professional, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the renewals process for Precisely customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, Finance, Support, etc.)
  • Suggest and act on iterative process improvements to drive the Renewals practice forward
  • Manage your time effectively and take a disciplined approach to setting up your day
