Summary

Join Immersive Labs as a Renewals Account Manager in the MENA region and contribute to our continued growth. This role focuses on maintaining client relationships, ensuring contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities within our subscription-based model. You will manage a high volume of accounts, extend and upgrade contracts, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales and account management experience, solid negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a software or technology-related industry
  • Solid negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex renewal scenarios
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of accounts, ensuring a high rate of contract renewals
  • Extend and upgrade current client contracts
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing customer projects, client portfolios, or large client agreements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide solutions to improve customer business needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Partner closely with Multiple Client Services, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep clients informed of product innovations and updates
