Requirements

  • 3+ years in a renewals, account management, or customer success role, preferably in the SaaS or software industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and subscription management tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless and timely renewal experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and assist in addressing any potential churn risks with account teams and CSMs
  • Support identified opportunities to expand customer accounts through product upgrades, add-ons, or cross-sell initiatives
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and renewal strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of renewals, customer feedback, and interactions in [CRM system, e.g., Salesforce]
  • Meet or exceed renewal rate and revenue targets, contributing to overall company growth
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolve issues that may impact renewals, acting as a trusted advisor

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or negotiating contracts
