Summary

This role focuses on supporting the contract renewal process, ensuring accuracy, and building strong client relationships to drive retention and growth. You will manage the end-to-end renewal process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills and experience in SaaS or financial services. Requirements
- Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have experience with Salesforce.com
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies
- Identify and address any discrepancies in contract details or terms before renewal
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during the renewal process
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to support client retention and satisfaction
- Escalate concerns to senior management as necessary to ensure successful renewals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals in Salesforce
- Track renewal performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team efficiency
- Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth contract processing
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to client contracts and renewals
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with contract management software
- Have 1-2 Years Experience in SaaS or the Financial Services industry
