Renewals Manager

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Have experience with Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end contract renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies
• Identify and address any discrepancies in contract details or terms before renewal
• Serve as a point of contact for clients during the renewal process
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to support client retention and satisfaction
• Escalate concerns to senior management as necessary to ensure successful renewals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals in Salesforce
• Track renewal performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team efficiency
• Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth contract processing
• Assist with ad-hoc projects related to client contracts and renewals

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with contract management software
• Have 1-2 Years Experience in SaaS or the Financial Services industry
