Join Kojo, a rapidly growing construction technology company, as a Renewals Manager and contribute to their mission of transforming the construction industry. This role focuses on maximizing revenue from existing customers by ensuring their satisfaction, utilizing all relevant products and features, and successfully renewing their annual contracts. You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting annual business reviews, negotiating renewal options, managing a portfolio of 120-150 accounts, and providing product feedback internally while introducing new features to customers externally. This role requires strong sales acumen, customer dedication, and a passion for problem-solving, making it a highly visible and impactful position within the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales or account management experience in SaaS, with a strong track record of quota attainment and customer ownership
- Professional experience utilizing Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Jira, DocuSign, and Google Suite
- Successful track record of building and conducting trainings and product demos for a varied audience from daily product users to C-level/business owners
- Proven commercial excellence in a closing role, contributing to strong renewal and expansion performance
- Experience managing customers with a CRM
- Track record of successful internal collaboration in a remote/async work environment, including excellent written skills and ability to synthesize information to a cross-functional audience
- A bias towards process improvement

Responsibilities
- Scheduling, planning, and conducting successful Annual Business Reviews
- Negotiating renewal options including package upgrades and owning contract execution
- Managing 30+ active renewals at any given time
- Providing product feedback internally and introducing new features to customers externally
- Pro-actively managing at-risk customers who demonstrate low usage in their purchased products, developing engagement plans to re-engage the customer’s adoption to secure renewal
- Managing a $1M+ book of business consisting of 120-150 accounts, the Renewals Manager will need to create a forward-thinking, strategic plan to prioritize engagement, daily activities and where to focus efforts
- Expressing customer needs to Product in a way that maintains customer’s perspective while understanding the broader Kojo product roadmap
- Conveying Kojo’s value in a meaningful way to customer decision makers and regular users alike
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity and passion for construction industry preferred
- Familiarity with using Outreach is a plus
