Summary

Join LastPass as a Renewals Representative and play a key role in managing and advancing renewal opportunities. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including fluency in English and French
  • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and effectively owning, driving, and leading the renewals process
  • Strong relationship-building and renewal engagement skills, self-motivated, with a passion for success and growth as we expand

Responsibilities

  • Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the Customer Success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks, ensuring on-time commitments
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align with customer goals
  • Maintain and report an accurate, rolling 90-day forecast of renewals within your territory
  • Discover and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Develop and implement a playbook for renewal engagement, optimizing revenue retention
