Renewals Specialist

Summary

Join Hack The Box as a Renewals Specialist and contribute to redefining cybersecurity expertise. You will be responsible for renewing, upselling, and optimizing license subscription contracts, ensuring seamless contract continuation by negotiating favorable terms. This role involves building key relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, handle administrative duties, generate proposals, and forecast account metrics. The position requires at least one year of experience in a related field, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with contract negotiations. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in contract renewal, account management, or a similar field
• Customer service or/ and administration experience
• Strong process management, financial acumen, and strict compliance with policies
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by email and verbally
• Ability to overcome customer objections
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for effective problem resolution
• Willingness to introduce ideas for enhancing the renewals processes

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of HTB customers, be their go-to point of contact with all commercial matters regarding their contract
• Take care of all administrative duties relating to renewals including issuing proposals and agreements to maximize profit and reduce customer churn
• Generate and send renewal proposals
• Forecast and track account base metrics
• Build effective relationships with key commercial contacts within our client base
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Regularly keep Hubspot up-to-date ensuring a high level of detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating complex, multi-year agreements would be considered a strong asset
• Experience using Hubspot/ ChurnZero would be considered a strong asset
