Reporting Analyst

Requirements

• Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based databases (Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, etc.)
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and pipeline automation
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data findings to executive leadership
• Experience working in an enterprise environment, preferably within the technology, healthcare, or financial sectors
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics, trends, and actionable insights and build the required dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement data-driven strategies and reporting solutions
• Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Write extensible SQL reporting assets/staging tables/views/data sources to drive dashboards
• Develop ETL pipelines and automate data workflows to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Provide deep-dive analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and operational efficiencies
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing strong data governance practices
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence technologies and methodologies
