Summary

Requirements

  • Able to present data effectively using charts, graphs, tables, etc
  • Have a basic understanding of graphic design principles and best practices
  • Be proficient in working with G-Suite, specifically Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs; MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Think creatively about how to show concepts (data, ideas, connections, etc.) in readable and varied ways
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data and visuals clearly to different audiences
  • A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with teams across departments
  • Adaptability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Creativity and an eye for design to enhance the visual appeal of data and reports
  • Discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive client information

Responsibilities

  • Interpret data and create visually appealing, easy-to-understand reports for clients using Google Slides and MS PowerPoint
  • Work on a project-by-project basis to provide design support for the SRG Research team and other YouGov teams
  • Transform data into graphical representations, including charts, graphs, tables, and infographics, maintaining graphical consistency across reports
  • Follow SRG reporting standards and guidelines to build research reports and proposals for key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, academic, health, and public affairs researchers, to implement cutting-edge research
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
