Summary
Join Mercury, a fast-growing financial technology company, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Mercury Personal. Requirements
- 5+ years of B2C product marketing experience
- Strong track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products
- Experience translating complex products into clear, compelling value propositions
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for what makes products resonate with consumers
- Data-driven approach, with experience using analytics to optimize campaigns
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working with product, growth, and creative teams
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy for Mercury Personal, including audience refinement, positioning, messaging, and launch planning
- Develop deep customer insights through both quantitative and qualitative research to understand what drives individualsβ banking decisions
- Create compelling narratives that differentiate Mercury Personal and drive growth in the consumer segment
- Partner with growth, creative, and product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence on the personal banking space, identifying opportunities for Mercury to stand out
- Drive product adoption through growth initiatives, working closely with our personal banking product team
- Measure and optimize performance, using data to inform future marketing strategies
- Champion the voice of the consumer customer within Mercury, ensuring their needs are represented in product development
Preferred Qualifications
Fintech experience is a plus, particularly in consumer banking or personal finance
