Summary

The job is a remote full time contract-to-hire position for a Resource Manager at Elevated Third, a digital agency based in the US. The role involves managing resources, ensuring project success, and risk mitigation using Kantata (formerly Mavenlink).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or account management in an agency setting
• Critical thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale projects successfully
• Results-oriented: Thrive in a results-oriented culture where your contributions directly impact the company's success
• Technical skills: Proficiency with Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) and the ability to create and run complex resourcing reports

Responsibilities

• Resource allocation: You'll direct and advise the allocation of resources (both full-time employees and contractors) to various projects or departments, ensuring we maximize our available capacity
• Project success: You'll work closely with UX, Development, Analytics and Account Strategy leads to ensure projects are adequately staffed and set up for success
• Risk mitigation: You'll help us identify and avoid risks that could impact project timelines or budgets
• Tools and technology: You'll utilize Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) and other project management tools to oversee our agency's projects and track their progress. You'll be the go-to person for creating and running resourcing reports in Kantata, ensuring we have the data we need to make informed decisions
